Established in 1951 by the visionary Mr. B S Madhusudhan Rao, Madhus, affectionately named after its founder, initially began as a modest shop in the heart of Mysore, specializing in the sale of automobile spares and mill parts. Mr. Madhusudhan's untimely passing didn't halt the progress; his legacy was carried forward by his sons who assumed leadership roles with unwavering determination.

Led by Mr. B M Prasanna, Mr. B M Ravi, and Mr. B M Prakash, they steered Madhus with an iron fist, upholding the values and standards set by their father.
